From an early age, Pasha was drawn to games and challenges that required strategy and intellect. This passion, combined with his older brother Antonio’s success, led him to the world of poker during its boom in the early 2000s. By his early twenties, he had established a successful career in poker, honing his analytical skills, decision-making under pressure, and risk management. Despite his success, Pasha realized that the lifestyle of professional poker did not align with his long-term aspirations.

In 2011, identifying real estate as his new frontier for growth, Pasha transitioned into the industry taking an unpaid internship, eventually flipping 50 homes in Las Vegas. His keen eye for opportunity and strategic approach quickly yielded significant results. Seeking broader horizons, he relocated to Los Angeles in 2015, where he spent the next five years focusing on residential land up development. His ventures expanded into multifamily apartment complexes, and eventually, he discovered the untapped potential of mobile home communities - a no brainer investment with huge upsides.

Recognizing the power of mobile home community investments, Pasha founded Evoke Capital in 2021, serving as its CEO and Managing Partner to this day. Under his leadership, Evoke Capital has scaled significantly, guided by a philosophy that emphasizes creating win-win scenarios for both tenants and investors. His meticulous and investor friendly approach to investing has already set Evoke Capital apart in the industry.

Parallel to his entrepreneurial journey, Pasha immersed himself in the world of emotional intelligence. Influenced by mentors such as Sylvia Badasci, Corinne Clement, and Chris Lee, he became an emotional intelligence coach and a dedicated personal development enthusiast. Pasha emphasizes the critical importance of emotional intelligence in both personal and professional realms. This commitment to self-awareness and empathy has deeply influenced his approach to being a CEO and has been a driving force behind his successes.

Above all else, Pasha is a loving father, husband, and brother. His family is his cornerstone, inspiring him to live life to the fullest and to attain his goals with relentless passion.

Pasha Esfandiary immigrated to the United States with his father and brother at a young age. Settling into a new country, he witnessed his father consistently working two jobs to provide for his family. This experience laid the foundation for Pasha's values of resilience, determination, and generosity. Growing up in this environment taught him to confront obstacles head-on and instilled in him a relentless drive to succeed.
